Very Nice!!! Per your question on #1 - Christmas Tree Worms Typically live within Porities Coral. And yes that is Birds Nest Coral (Seriatopora Histrix).

The camra is a panasonic DMC-fz1 it has 36x zoom with macro havent figured the hole thing out yet
Porities Coral i did a search for it and could not find out what kind of light it needs. It is mid way down the tank. Lighting is 1 175w MH 2 65w pc and a 40w attintic03
