Height in the tank depends on what kind of lighting you have . . . VHO or PC, then about halfway up . . . . MH . . . bottom half of the tank.
IME . . . these corals do much better with a low current. Enough to very gently sway the polyps, but too much can shred it into pieces. I learned the hard way and nearly killed mine. Doing much better now in low flow.
