New Golden Pygmy Angel

I recently added a Golden Pygmy Angel to an established tank. I have a Blue Angel who is the size of a quarter. The Pygmy Angel is triple the size and about the biggest fish in the tank. There is plenty of rock for the Pygmy Angle to hide amongst. The Blue Angel has started picking at the Pygmy Angel's sides much like he would a piece of rock. The Pygmy Angel seems to not mind and I see no damage. Is this a dominance thing by the Blue Angel? Is the Blus Angel cleaning the Pygmy????

Yep, small angels act as cleaners in the wild, it definitely sounds like that's what he's doing.
If you could get a pic, or even better a video of them in action, that would be very very cool to see.
