I have a 150 gallon and I am just starting out. So There are a few questions?
Do you change your water during the cycle? If yes How much?
Im using Reef Crystals for my mix so I dont have to add addatives. How often do I change my water and how much, if I want good healthy corals?

you want to wait until after you cycle to do your first water change ...

You will want to change your water after the tank cycles. I let mine go for about two months before I did a water change. Seems like most people change water in one of two ways - weekly small water changes or monthly big changes. I'm a monthly guy myslef.

I would wait until after your tank cycles, Unless you are cycling with fish in the tank (which is not advised). After your done cycling I would do 15 gallon changes every 2 weeks.
