ive had a 28gl freshwater tank for about 4 months now and want to start a saltwater system from scratch. i would like a conglamerate of experienced ideas to guide me in the right direction. every opinion is important and my budget is kind of limited to 3000 but i would like to stay as low as possible without forfeiting quality. i need everything necessary to run a successful system.Thank You All

patience and reasearch right now are best. if that is truely your budget you can do almost anything. i have a 75gl high tank and i have sunk about $2000 into it but that includes dead livestock and all the equipment the lfs sold me and then i removed after i learned how to do this, i have set up the tank, completely tore it down and started over, i dont recommend this approach research first
