I'm very disappointed with your decision on this matter. Your product has never lasted a weekend in my tank. For the year, your wave box has work for a total of 10 days, and this is a gross estimate. I have shredded several belts and replaced the piece that rides along the shaft. I have been very cordial with your company because I want this product to work; I have even defended this product in forum chat rooms (saltwaterfish.com, Reef Central.com). I will not spend anymore money on this product for it is a waste of my resources and most of all my time. I have purchased other wave creators (Tunze Wave Box, OM Squirt, 2 Tunze Streams, couple mj 1200, and a Tunze Wave Controller). None of these products have created any problems for me. I'm tired of emailing you on these constant issues and replacements. My last belt broke just before the Christmas holiday, and you didn't return any of my calls after the holiday. I am constantly taking this box in and out of my tank and dissembling it, and the last draw was when I broke one of my Arco colonies. I will not put this product back in my tank, and I will not spend another dime on your unreliable products or replacements. I should of taken the advice of fellow reefers on this product; but I learned a $215 dollar lesson. Ringling & Bros said "There is a sucker born every minute", and I'm that sucker. This product has earn its spot in the Junk closet. I will add another Tunze stream to take its spot. I will report my experiences with the necessary forums and online venders. If I could save one fellow reefer the stress of this product, I will be happy. I was never able to find the tension sweet spot of your belts, and I could never find the reason why the shaft won't turn.
Maybe I'm not worthy to have this product. Your unwillingness to replace my product of refund my money shows that your not willing to stand behind your product. So as the consumer, I will not either.
Example of Good Business Practice -
I bought an aqua-medic sp doser to replenish my sump, after the dosing tube wore out I contacted Aqua-medic. Aqua-medic promptly replaced my dosing tube and even gave me a new sp doser. I was grateful for this; so I bought, a AquaMedic Reefdoser double for $200, and an Aqua-medic ozone generator for $250. This is an example of brand loyalty.
I always like to buy American when its possible but this company has you beat. It is not always about the bottom line.
I am upgrading my display from a 125Gal to a 300Gal. I thought your wave boxes would of been a great fit, but now I know I'm clearly wrong. I rather pay double for Tunze or OM engineering and reliability.
P.S I'm sorry that it has to come to this, but I have been very fair with you. Wave2k welcome to the junk closet.

I can’t explain you issues and without seeing it I can’t even think of the cause, I will not refund your money after a year and I will not send a new one. What I will do is if you would like to send it to me repair it, test it for as long as you like, let you know what I found wrong and really do anything to make it work the way it should but with no other similar problems that is the best I can offer. I'm tired of this product, I got the belt and pulley set, but now the shaft is getting stuck when it reaches the bottom. I spend over $215 for this product, and it never has worked for more than one week. I am tired and fustrated, I'm constantly put this thing in and out of my tank. I have toiled with this thing over a year, please just replace my defective box or refund my money. I don't want to buy any more replacement parts or wait weeks for a shaft. I really like the concept, but it has never worked for me. Many people ask about the product, and I try and say nice things because it can be a good product. Please, just send me a new product or refund my money. I'm throwing this wave box in the garbage because I have wasted too much time on it.
