New lamps for my Nova Extreme Pro 6 x 54

I have had the fixture for almost a year and want to re-lamp it. I would like y'alls advice on replacement lamps. My tank is a 55 gal reef tank and based on what I have read here at SWF.com, the lamps should be replaced after awhile even if they are still burning. The fixture has 3 actinics and 3 10K lamps.
Also, have people had good results with shipping lamps and not having them get broken? I get concerned about such a fragile item going by way of UPS.

take at look at ***. i ordered my t5 bulbs from it. great shipping and decent price. try out giesemann or ati bulbs.

Thanks for the tip! your tank always looks great!
Any recommendations on which K number to get? It's confusing to choose, and I don't want to get the wrong one. My tank is mostly soft corals, with some SPS up high-I want to get into the SPS more which is one of the reasons I want to get a really good lamp.
