Hey there,
I just got new lights for my 55, 4X96w PC. My question is, going from a standard flourescent strip light to 384 watts PC, should I gradually work up to the proper time the lights should be on or can I go ahead and run them a full 12 hours tomorrow. I just have fish and live rock in my tank, would all this light right away stress the fish? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
