New lighting

I have installed the 4.36 kit for my biocube 29g. What is my limit on coral I can place in the tank now. Is that enough light for sps? Also what coral do you reccommend?
144watts for about 4.97 watts per gallon

I think you can keep anything but sps and clams. If you put sps in, they will most likely brown out and grow extremely slow if at all. Same with clams.

You can keep anything except SPS, clams, and anemones.
