New Lights= Amazing Corals!

okay so as the title says im getting new lights!!! im getting the usa nova extreme pro's 20". its going on my 10 gallon nano cube. what are your suggestions for corals? i want a monti and other than that i love most soft corals. any thing that will just really "pop" under these lights? (108watts)

easy to care for corals tha1t really pop under the actinics, include, GSP (greem star polyp) Neon Green (my fav) gonipora, any zoas,rics,frogspawn,
my monti is doing great under t-5's. how many bulbs are going to be over the tank? 6?

nice, with the right perams, i would say u can keeo anything

i have 8 bulbs of t-5 over my 90 with individual reflectors, i can keep stony and soft corals, i havent tried clams but everything els is doin well
when are you expecting the lights?

the nova pro is a decent fixture, bc i hv it too. if u want the colors to really pop, try changing out the bulbs to giesemann, ati or uv, after 4-6 months of used.

Nice! Me, I'm Metal Halides all thw way! Ordered 400w of MH 6500k for my propagation tank! 40 gal, can't wait to test them!!!

nova extreme pro bulbs only last 4-6 months then need replaced?

no, that was recomended because you can get max performance out of them with the 4-6 months, i change my t-5's every 10-12 months. after he can keep some corals get some better lamps.

I think he ment the current lamps in the nova are not the greatest but the fixture is good as for lamps get ati or giesemann(spelling?)
