New lights! What are my limits?

I just ordered a lighting upgrade!!!! Now I'm wondering what my limits on corals are. I'm getting vho lighting with a total of 440 watts over my 55 gallon.
So far I'd like to try mushrooms, xenia, polyps, and leathers. I'm assuming I have enough light for them. What else could I try? What should I stay away from?

You can have any soft coral or shroom or polyp coral you want. I will say any LPS coral thinking off the top of my head. As for SPS and clams....some people would say you can have them, some people wouldn't house them in less then metal halide lighting. I won't comment on that.

You can have just about everything, even some sps corals if placed at the top (which is where you would want them anyway). I have some acropora that are really doing well under vhos.
