new lights???

My 75 gal. fish tank came with an oak, home-made 2-48" vho light strip. Is there an inexpesive way that I can obtain the proper ballast to build an additional single 48" vho light strip? So far I've only seen ballast for 2 or more lights and they seem to be quite costly (from $180. and up).

Strange? What ballast does it have now. The smaller Ice Cap ballast (model 430) will run 3 48" VHO's. I need to know what you have now to help out more.
