Hi...I just got some new 10k 175watt blueline M/Hs. My ballast was not firing them at first and now occassionally fires them. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. If I turn off the ballast and try to turn it back on immediately, it never works. Do I have to wait a set period of time? Is there a break in period for M/H lights to fire each time? My ballast also hums slightly...but doesn't vibrate...is this normal?
