Hey all,
I just set up my 2.5 gal nano tank about 2 months ago. I have a wisper 5 filter and a 10gal Power head which gives off a high current, yet not to fast. I have a 18" coralife 15watt bulb, and a 24" coralife 50/50 bulb 20watts. The temp stays at 78 to 80 degrees. I have all the right chemicals and minerals. The specific gravity stays at .021-.023 and is checked every two days. I add about 1cup of fresh water a day for evaporation. My tank is very healthy and the coral I have is Really taking off. I just got finished splitting 5 of my mushrooms. Now I'll tell you what I have in my tank.
1 blue, yellow tailed damsel
1 green chromis
2 turbo snails
5 cerith snails
4 finger leather frags
3 colt coral frags
7 brown mushrooms
2 teal mushrooms
3 blue/stiped and spotted mushrooms
4 green mushrooms
1 open brain coral
What do you think? It's almost full. I have some more space though. I am looking to add these things.
1 emerald crab
1yellow cucumber
1 lettuce nudibranch
1 flame scallop
4 recordia polyps
2 orange finger leather frags
Any questions, concerns, thoughts, comments, or PLEASE critisizm from experienced hobbiests!!!!
Thanks, I will soon have pictures posted asap!

IMO you shouldn't have those fish in anything less than a 10 gallon tank. 2.5 is way too small IMO.
Also, are your current light power compacts or normal outputs? If they are normal outputs, then you should upgrade to some PC lights, like 18-36 watts for the brain and leathers.
Everything else sounds great!

Hey Thanks for the info! I have PCs. One 15watt, and one 20 watt 50/50. I also have a 150watt bulb that I turn on only every once and a while because Of the heat factor. I'll see how the fish do, and if they fight or seem sick I will bring them back, which will probably be the case. You have any suggestions to what Fish, singular, would be good for the tank? Thanks again
