new nano

I have had a 55G FOWLR for 3 years and i am buying a 14G nano kit this week. i know all the basics like cycling. but i have some nano specific ??s
1. do i need a skimmer?
2. do i need a heater or do the lights heat a small tank enough?
3. will i need a chilled due to the small size
4. and most important what to stock with?
i will get snails, hermits... how many ??
must have!!! clown fish and an anemone that it will host
would like cleaner shrimp
and as i have only had FOWLR i don't know squat about corals or mushrooms so, what is the easiest to keep and still looks cool?

i have a 12g nano cube. i do have a nano skimmer and its awesome, it is inside my tank wont fit in the filter area, you dont need one but if u hate the filmy buildup on the top its worth the 44bucks. just have to replace the filtration in it every 3 weeks( more or less ) mines at 80degrees with the light off and 82 with it on. you dont really need a heater. and it doesnt really get HOT so you wont need a chiller, unless you have upgraded lights that require it.

1. do i need a skimmer? ~ no, just do 2 gal water changes weekly. The nano skimmers are junk and put micro-bubbles into the tank.
2. do i need a heater or do the lights heat a small tank enough? Yes, you should always have a heater. Set the heater 1 degree lower than the highest temp w/ the lights on. At night and other times it will be needed. You want stability, not fluctuation.
3. will i need a chilled due to the small size. No, a chiller should not be needed.
4. and most important what to stock with? In my 12 gal I keep zoanthids, mushrooms,Fla ricordia, blastomussa, a green polyp toadstool,candy canes, wood polyps,yuma ricordias,mini torch,feather dusters, 3 hermits,3 nerite snails, 1 astria snail, a couple nassarius snails,1 persian conch, 1 porcelain crab, 2 sexy shrimp, a tailspot blenny, tangaroa goby with a pistol shrimp.
