New Nemos....whats the problem?

Hi everyone! :needhelp: 2 days ago I bought 2 new clowns. I acclimated for several hours. My levels are great and temp is 82. They stay at the top of the tank practically with their fins out of the water. They swim as if they are fighting a huge current (which they are not). Is this normal? Does it take a while for them to chill out? :help:

IMHO 82 is too hot. Somewhere between 78-80 staying there and never fluctuating more than 2 degrees during the span of the day. It may take several days for the clowns to "relax".

also, are they getting enough oxigen? do you have ph's?
