New Percs (false) Might Be Sick?????

ok i just got 2new percs for the nano 24g and one is about an inch and the other an inch and a half and the little ones fins are always closed is it bc its sick or just young bc ive seen it before onm other fish just wanna make sure on what it is????????????????????? :joy:

i just gotta get a either lta or sebae i usually do better with those anenomes and my percs ive had host em easier!!!!
