thanks a lot. these were shot under my 14k phoenix only, I don't have actinics on this tank right now. My camera makes it seem more blue then it really is. Hopefully I'll get a new one soon. In person it has a nice crisp blue hue to it, but not too blue IMO. I really like the phoenix 14k bulb.

I like the ric collection. And the tank looks sweet too. What kind of fish is in there with the clown? Its hard to tell from the picture.

thanks for the nice comments you two, appreciate it.
There is a african flameback pygmy, small lawmower blenny, ocellaris clown, velvet fairy wrasse, and a small pink pseudochromis of some sort.

Nice tank!!! So how many rics did you start off with and how long did it take for you to have your current collection, which is beautiful BTW.

Thanks a lot. I started with about 8 or so after first catching the ricordea bug. It took me about a year or so to get my collection to where it is today. At it's peak I had 33 rics and it was just too much to handle and didn't look right in my small tank. I've thinned them out some and now I have 24 or so. I also have moved some up on the bottom rocks off of the sand bed for a cleaner look. I'm still not sure if I want to thin them out anymore, but for now I'm enjoying them.

Thanks. I think you're referring to my larger(I think ORA) duncan colony. They get huge and are so neon green, maybe the greenest in my tank!! I've had it for about 7 months or so.

Well if you ever decide to thin them out again you can send some to me. I have a 6' long tank and ONE ric.
So I have plenty of room.

lol, I'll keep that in mind
At some point I may frag them all up and offer ric packs for sale, but that wouldn't be for awhile.

Haha, I sure do. Pictures make it seem more crowded then it really is. In person everything flows together very nicely.
Thanks again for the kind words everyone!
