Nice rics.
I bought about 10 in December, but only the two orange ones (like yours) have split already.

I thought my orange one was going to split, it looked like it was going to and then nothing! I feed them mysis shrimp about 1 or 2 x aweek. I moved them thinking they might not like where they were, but still nothing.
Post pics of yours.

They look nice, but I'd say you are a little over saturated on that second picture - don't quite think those show those colors even under 14K

I don't know what you mean by over saturated.
