lol, I know right. It only started as a couple of stalks a couple months ago, I'll post a pic of what it looked like then. The first pic is of what it looked like when we first go it, the second is about a month after we got it. And the pictures above are what it looks like now!

Gosh those have grown a ton since then!!! I can't seen to keep Xenias and I don't know why. What do you do to keep yours healthy and growin?

I honestly think that there are some things that people just can't keep, for unknown reasons! Alot of people say that xenia like nitrates, but Idk
Water parameters: Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate all 0ppm, pH 8.2, alk 3.5, Calcium ~400ppm, Temp ~80, Salinity 1.026. It's under 3x150w hqi, 4x96w pc, in high flow. We suppliment the tank once a week with liquid calcium and essential elements, and every couple of days put in phytoplex and microvert.

I have a small frag of Xenias right now but I've already lost one of them. The others are extremely small and are doin, right now, ok. It seems that every Xenia I try...they do good for a month or two then die. I forgot to ask...What size thank is that? Thanks for the information Melly!!! It's much appreciated!!!

it's 125 gallon tank and 40 gallon sump, glad I could help!

dc2mlbsm, Thanks for the comment! I'm not positive if frogspawn "unleashes" something when it dies, I've never had it die before. But there is something going on in your tank if it died, run some tests and see if anything shows up. I would run carbon and do a water change asap, just to make sure.
Joncat24, Thanks! I love the clam too. Working on getting another one! LOL, still working on trying to get really good pics(the pictures do the tank no justice!). It takes a little while I guess. I still CANNOT get good full tank pictures!! I saw pics of your new sohal tang, how long have you had him, how do you like him, and how does he get along w/ the other tangs? Ha ha sorry for the questions, just thinking about getting one!
