Hey guys, you all know how Ive been struggling to find a job lately, well I am currently in the middle of a 5 day interview for a job at a church in Georgia. They flew myself and my fiance out on wednesday and we are leaving sunday. Its been really cool, they have had us out for meals and shown us the area. The people are really cool but their southern accents are annoying me to the very core.
They keep talking to me as if I already have the job... They say things like "when you get here you're gonna be doing this" and Im applying to be their Worship Director, and they took me to the Worship Director office, opened the door and said "This is your office". Pretty good sign yeah? They are also taking us around to look at rental properties today and they told me last night "Someone we know is renting out their house because they just moved to Florida, its going to be available to move in next saturday if you guys want it"
All really good signs, it all comes down to how well sunday morning goes and if they are pleased or not with my work, but from the interviews and the practices in the last few days, its looking very good.
