This will be the first fish of 4 total entering my 60g with 20g sump and 5g fuge.....
Fish decided upon already -
Red Mandarin Goby (looking at about a year out)
Picasso Clown
Rod's Onyx Clown
Now, for the 4th fish (first to be added) is either going to be a
Blackcap Basslet

or
Purple Firefish Goby

My reef will be mainly mushrooms, ricordea, acan, and zoa's. I do have a RBTA in there currently along with some frogspawn.
I believe either would make a GREAT addition to the tank, but asking SWF's opinion!

I understand that....just don't want to :D
This is not my first tank btw.....have had a 150g up for 4 years before I ended up moving to Colorado. Took the tank down and downgraded at the same time....
HA HA, now that I see your location, the Cheese Head State is where I moved FROM!

I loved my blackcap until my chromis took it out after I moved.
I have thought about another blackcap ever since. Beautiful fish!
Thats my vote. Even with MHs, my blackcap was always out and friendly. Ate like a horse too. :)
I dont have much (any) experience with firefish because Ive heard they are jumpers.
Also, not sure why you would mix the picasso with the onyx. Although they are the same species I guess. I have two of rod's onyx. Almost 2 yrs old.

Because of the depths the blackcaps come from and them being a solitary fish, you would be surprised to see how just absolutely NUTS those fish can go once they have established a place in the reef. If another fish swims by, they will chase it away by trying to eat it the entire time. The only ammusing part is when their mouth opens all huge when they try to fend another fish off. Eventually after a certain amount of time, they will acclimate to the entire rock pile.
The purple is cool and I have kept them in pairs before. I may have just been lucky with that one.

I love the blackcaps more but have been unsuccessful with them twice now so I'm staying away from them but the blackcap gets my vote! We're considering a firefish but have concerns about the fish carpet surfing.

I couldn't decide between the 2, and being that they are the same species, I decided I would have the best of both worlds. I was stuck on Rod's until I saw some picasso's in person!
