Yeah went to the LFS yesterday and asked my guy about the frags of zoo's laying in the sand. They broke off of larger colonies and they don't normally frag or sell frags. I asked him and he said he'd hook me up. So one is pretty small with about 10 - 12 polyps on it. The other is a bit larger but still small with 20+ polyps of average size. 9.99 for both together with my discount 8.99. Stealy steal steal. :D I'll post pictures of those and some other stuff. My wife just bought us a new camera so i'm still getting the hang of it. Enjoy!
Oh and Lisa, i'm sure you'll see this, i'll be posting a picture of that zoo frag i told you about before. Had like 5 or 6 polyps on it..well now it has about 17+. ;)
Jason.

sorry i took so long to post them. They're right below your post. the larger ones are mixed, brown with light tan centers and brown with orangish centers.
The smaller of the two are brown with bright green centers. They were in pretty low light at the lfs, so i'm hoping they'll color up even more under my halide.

That anemone Is actually a hidden cup coral, non photo synthetic, they grow slow as heck. I started with one several years ago, and am up to three. if it was the anemone yoyu netioned you would have tons of them after two years.
BTW awesome zoas

Thanks. I look up the hidden cup coral andall i get are sun polyp pictures. Where I know it kind of resembles sun polyps like the tentacles and mouths, but they're completely clear. And yes, the do grow very slow. I had a bunch more on the front side of my rock and the light killed them off, this one on the back has been growing on its own but has only generated 1 other polyp i think.

About 30 miles north of Madison...a little burb called Beaver Dam (15,000 busy beavers...
). There actually used to be a sign right outside of town that said that...we thought it was hilarious when we first moved here, HA. They've since removed it...
