new reef tank ?

o.k so all my corals are in my 300 and in my 55 i just set my 75 gallon reef tank up..
questions
can i put all my corals in at once?
will it cause a spike of any kind?>
how long should i acclimate evan though my temp and salinity are the same and also the live rock is the same?
i have small fish for it i.e bar goby, royal gamma, blennie, anothe rgoby etc.
should i add 1 fish every say 3-5 days? or how should id go abotu makign that change?

I move from 55gal to 75gal ALL at one time l/r,corals,fish and all is well...

and added new s/w just like 1/4 water change in 55gal
