new refugium

i just finished making my first refugium and now was looking for some advice on what to stock it with. i don't have much experience with them but feel it will help water quality greatly. give me some ideas PLEASE!

Well, by definition a refugium is simply a place for creatures that would be eaten in the display tank to take refuge. So you want to make sure not to put any predators in the refugium.
You may want to add some macro-algae if you have high phosphates, and nitrates. If you do add macro-algae then you may need to upgrade your lighting, if it is not bright enough.
