New Rio's or Otto

I know all the problems people have had with the rio PH's but I've heard that they are making them now wo oil in them, thus no toxic poisoning problem.
Anybody bought a rio PH lately and, if so, exp any problems or are they ok? Opinions??
I want to update my PH's and am looking for a product that is compact, has good suction cups, quiet, and, most important, has screened intakes and are reliable and durable. Very low heat would be nice too.
Haven't heard anybody mention the Otto PH's. Any input on them?

All I have are rio's and I have not had a problem with them. The only thing that I have had to do is replace some of the suction cups after a year. They were still OK, but I was afraid they might give out. I don't know anything about the Otto's, but the rio's work for me! I also like that they have built in screens over the intakes. No little guys get sucked up in my tanks!
:D

We have a RIO 2500 as a return pump on our 75 gal with overflow and sump. The flow is great(don't even need extra powerheads in the tank), but it's getting noisier by the week. It's not even six months old yet :( And sometimes it wont start when I first turn it back on after cleaning the tank, I have to turn the power strip on and off a couple times to get it going . I've been looking at replacing it, after all the negative stuff I've heard about them melting. HTH,

This is kind of a ridiculous request, but I need to find some replacement suction cups for my aquaclears. If anyone knows where I can find these online, please email me.
