New Sebae is moving

My new Sebae has moved underneath a rock. I've read that moving is not uncommon, but I thought they only move until they find a spot they are happy with. Ive only had him for a week and for the first 5 days or so he stayed put.
Yesterday when I got home he was under a rock. Its hard for me to drop the food directly to him, in fact theres no way he'll get food in the position hes in.
Should I move the rock and try and move him somewhere else or wait unit he move and let him be?
Also - a feeding question - I bought some of the refrigerated green phyto food for him - should i squirt it in the top of the tank or reach in with a syringe and try and get it as close to his mouth as possible?

It should come out if it wants to. What lighting system are you running? Sebaes, IMO, should have metal halides.
Anemones cannot consume or digest phytoplankton, it's way too small. In fact, most corals can't even eat it either. Feed the anemone meaty foods like mysis shrimp, krill, silversides, squid, etc. 2-3 times weekly.

You shouldn't have to worry to much about the sebae being on the rocks, normally they will find the sand substrate and make a home in or at least near the sand. Sometimes they do inhabit the rocks as well.
What color is your sebea?

I have MH lights so that is okay.
Since posting ive moved him myself and he seems to like this spot much better, hasnt moved in a few days.
When i brought him home from LFS it was white, after a few days he turned light brown with the purple tips, which is the color hes supposed to be according to several posts.
I am still having trouble feeding him though - whenever i drop some food on him, my cleaner shrimp comes and steals it right from him.
Guy at LFS said to feed phyto which i've been doing and maybe to get some silversides.
Any other suggestions?
