New set-up could use some help

Any advise or suggestions would be great.
I have
Tank
Sump in stand
Two 1" returns and Two 1 1/2" drains
RO water set-up
Lighting
(2) Wave2k
(3) Korelia 2 powerheads for sump
About 100lbs. of lr from a tank that has been set up nearly a year
About 80lbs of ls from the same tank
A Foxface and a lawnmower blennie
A clean-up crew with hermits snails and stars variety
I think I'm going to get the following
Octopus recirc200 skimmer
Little Giant 3-MDQX-SC return pump
I think I will have 1 of my drains go straight to the skimmer.
I'm kinda stuck here, what next?

Ok I will get a little more specific with my questions.
Any problems so far with the set-up?
What goes in the sump?
It has dividers already in it and I plan to put my current ls and a lot of the lr in the middle section.
I think I will run the Octopus and the return pump outside the sump.
What goes in the predivided areas next to the middle section?
