New set up how does it sound?

I am upgrading my 28 gallon to a 75.
In the 75 i plan on having around 75- 100 pound of live rock. I am doing a fish only tank with some inverts.
For filtration i am planning on using an aquaclear 500 an aquaclear 300 and an Aqau C remora Pro. I am planning on running the aquaclears with the sponge and chemipure.
How many pounds of sand do i need for a standard 75 gallon to have a nice sized sand bed?
Does this seem like it will be a stable setup?

i put 4 7lb bags of white sand, and then 40lbs of ls on top of that in my 75.. gives me about 2"

I don't know anything about aquaclears. I have a 72 and run the Aqua C Remora Pro with a Mag 5 and used to use an Emperor 400 for filtration but I have since done away with it. I used 80 lbs of LS and got 1 1/2 - 2" sand bed. Wished I had a little more sand. Hope this helps.
