New set up

I am new to the saltwater hobby and am very confused i have had experience with freshwater puffers and want nicer more interesting fish i just wanted to know if i can but a little porcipine puffer and a little dog faced and a piccaso trigger in a 35 gallon aquarium for a year or so until they grow and what will i need will it be very hard to get the water up to par.

No way buddy! If it were me, I would not put those fish in a 35 gallon!!! Too small of a tank even though you just want to put them in their for a year!
Also, I would move this to the Aggressive setup message board....you will get more help over there!!!
