New setup

Just setup my first reef tank today
20 g
40 lbs ls
30 lbs lr
used lfs water wcoral reef red sea salt
24"perfecto twin hood wcoralife actinic blue 7100k + full spectrum 500k bulbs
I had a single hood with the tank so I'm using that as well with a
powerglo 18" 15w
whisper 30 filter
profile 50 watt heater
1 yellowtail damsel
1 hermet crab
3 turbo snails
Here are my questions;
1. What part of the setup needs upgrading
2. With these lights what would be the first corals I should start with.
3. What other fish should I go with?
4. Any advice for someone who is just starting out!

both 24" are 20 watt the 18" is 15 watt's

wiht your current lighting set up you can really only keep mushrooms and zooanthind polyps. i would reccommend upgradign your lighting , as it will allow you more options on things to keep. for example i have two 65 watt power compacts on my 20 gallon for a total of 130 watts, and im still looking to upgrade. what kind of corals, etc do you wish to keep?

Ah the signs of a true reefer....has his first tank for under 24 hours and already feels the need to upgrade.

jon, the power compacts are they retro fits ? Could I still use my perfecto hood housing?

and for the corals, I really dont have any idea. I would like alot of color in my tank as well as a natural look. Any suggestions?
