well lets see the tank is a 33gal, i have 60lbs of LR, i run a coralife ss 125 skimmer (soon to be changed) a seio 620 and for lighting i have a MH 250 w with a 20k bulb and i don't run a sump. the tank has been running for 8 months now and have yet to loose anything except a couple ricordea frags that just dont seem to like my tank.
as for the xenia its too much of a hassel to keep fraging it os when it gets too big i just cut os off and either give it away or throw it out
