New star fish

Found new baby starfish in tank. Can't ID what he is. Has solid black body and long arms like a brittle starfish and also his legs are zebra striped. Any ideas? Also my sixline is have white faded spit that are flaking off not ich so what is it?

A pic would help - but most the brittle stars are OK in a reef tank - with some exceptions (green brittlestar for one).
