The gorgonian appears to have necrosis on it. I dont know much about this, but it has to do with the red tips on some of the branches. I think youre supposed to cut the tips and fast, but wait for someone who knows more about it to comment before you take my advice.

Yes paintballer is correct about the necrosis. Not a huge problem since it is early. You should clip the Gorg about a 1/4 inch below the red lines. For my Gorg, I pick it up about 3 times a week and slosh it gently up and down in the tank to get all the stuff that accumilates on it, off. You will be surprised.

Actually I dont think your at necrosis stage yet. Look carefully you seem to have some cyano in your tank. Cyano build up is the worst thing to get on a gorg because it can lead to necrosis quickly.
What I would do, wipe off the branches first, see if it will all come off. Then place the gorg in a moderate flow area, and dont allow any build up to accumulate on it. If the infected areas do not come clean then I would snip off the branches below the areas where good flesh is.
