I am building a sump for my 55 gal. I have been researching on here & cant find exactly what I am looking for. It's a 20L, ive got the pump & skimmer & know about doing the baffles. I want the fuge area in the middle & not sure what side the skimmer should be on, I keep seeing different setups. Also debating on whether to run the pump externally or submerse it, want the max fuge area I can get away with is my main intentions since my sump will be totally in plain view for now. Size of pipe too, 3/4" or 1"? Also any suggestions on overflow boxes would be great also!! Thanks in advance!!
