I bought the same one for my 55 gallon. You will still need to buy return lines from the return side up to the tank and from the overflow box to the sump. I do not use the bio balls that came with it, I use lr rubble. I had a problem twice with the skimmer but got a replacement (2) real fast. Nice guys to buy from.

so is it a good system will i be able to put reef and stuff in the tank and what was wrong with the skimmer......also what should i put in the refuge i dont know yet.....
