New Sump/Refugium

Hello everyone, started a new sump/fugi about a month ago and have a question: should I continue to use my protein skimmer HOB on the sump or continue to use it HOB on the DT? I wanted to eliminate the extra pump and return in the DT but want to get the best performance even if it means to continue to have it on the DT.

PS: I lost the froggy he died an ugly death, ate someone larger than he could handle.

is your sump big enough for your tank and sump???
I would put it in the sump... thats what it is for...

Yes its rated for a 90ga tank, my total water volume is roughly 65ga. Thanks
