New T5 bulbs for my 235g

I will be using eight T5s on my tank the reflectors are 3in.
T5 lighting is all i am using on this tank. I will be doing mostly soft and zoes but i will do some LPS on the tall rock side of the tank. i have almost 12in to play with in the long run i may use a MH but not any time soon.
MY QUESTION IS WHAT LIGHTS SPECTRUM SHOULD I USE.
