New tank, 45gallon

Hey guys wuts up? well ive had saltwater tanks before and then shut them down, still have the 75 gallon one, not running. Well my freind is giving me his 45 gallon tank and I'm going to go saltwater again. I have a few questions since its been awhile since having the hobby. How much salt is needed? How long will the cycle take if I add live rock to it? How much live rock? And any chemicals you recommend starting off with? Sorry with all the questions! Hope some of you can help me.

Mostly fish tank with live rock and a few anemoes or something like that. I"m going to use the same equipment from the 75 gallon. Amiracle filter, protein skimmer, 500gph pump, heater, ect...Any ideas on how long the cycle will take if i set it up this week? brett.piscopo@verizon.net
