New Tank Addition

My daughter wants another fish or 2 for her 29 fowlr. She wants a dwarf lion but would like to have something else as well. Currently she has a "misc banded eel". We don't know exactly what he is, but he's not a banded or a zebra. He is about 12" long. Will a dwarf lion max out her tank, and if not, is there a small aggressive fish that could be added along with the eel and dwarf lion?

A Dwarf or Fuzzy Lion would work out fine, you could probably get a damsel too, there colorful, small, and agressive. But the Lion might eat the damsel.
