NEW TANK COMPATABILITY

I am planning on getting a 100 or more gallon tank~! My problem is the compatibility of the fish I want, so I'm leavig it to you to guys~!
Would a Lionfish, Purple Tang, Regal Tang, Emperor Angel or Queen Angel, Clown or Picasso Trigger get along with each other?
And if possible could I manage a panther Grouper too?

Yes.....I have a Naso & Purple Tang, Marine Betta, Picasso & Niger Trigger, and a Red Volitans Lion. They all get along in a 180 FOwLR. Need great filtration & be careful what order you introduce in. The lion & groupers are very docile. Put the tangs in LAST!!!
