new tank..got rid of the lagoon

Well got sick of that lagoon thing I built..so it got converted to a 15gal tank.
I still really dont have alot since I am trying not to spend alot on this like last time.

its a canon 30D and using a broke Sigma 150mm macro.
I bought this lens off someone on my canon forum. paid $500 and the a$$ ships the lens in its box. thats it. No extra box no packing anything. Just the lens inside its padded case in the box. So I get the lens and see it must have been dropped HARD cause the rear of the body is mashed in. The moron didnt even insure it and he wont refund me. I am trying to get paypal to get him but paypal is about as useful as throwing rocks at the lens. Hopefully when UPS inspects it this week they will atleast give me enough back to cover the cost of the repair from Sigma
the optics are not up to par because of the impact and they are a little softer then should be

Very Nice! How come you decided to take down the lagoon?

the top down view got kinda old quick. also trying to take pics through the Lexan sucked cause it wasnt super clear like glass. it just wasnt as nice as I was thinking it was going to be when I built it

Dude, sux about the lens. Pretty good results despite that. I just bought my first fish and all I have handy is a crappy pocket camera but as I populate the tank I'll bring a good camera home from work and get some better stuff to show off. Say hello to Bob-o the clown.
