New Tank is this a good price

I went to the pet store yesterday and ran into a guy who wants to buy a bigger tank and, well I due too. So he has a 100gal. acrylic tank with a custom made stand and top, that he said he would give me a deal on, 500$ for all and he will help me set it up and give me some live rock that he has. and I think a canister filter, the tank is 7 months old and no scratches. He is a really helpfull fellow, so is this a good deal?

I think that it is a very good price. I'm gettng a 75 gal with live sand and rocks and fish and everything from a person who can't take care of it anymore... $400, so your 100 gal for 500 sounds good to me.
