New Tank Question

I have a 120 gallon tank thats 2 days old and I kinda scewed up (I am new at this) It is up and running but when I put the araganite down I didn't rinse it out DOH ! my tank was very cloudy but has since cleared up but its still a little milky, my concern is that its it wont totally clean up all together , I was advised that I might have to change the all the water and start again, (Hope not ) but I will if you guys think its best or should I give it some more time.. Any help would be appreciated .....

aragonite is real dfine and will do that, no matter how much you rinse, IMO, i would not worry about it, it will settle, i never rinsed ours, it took a couple of days, but it did settle
a filter may help too, like jwt said, but i would not panic and start over
what are you using to cycle with, if it is lr or shrimp, you can addd htis now, the shrimp will start to decay whether it is cloudy or not, and the lr will also start your cycle, the same, but if you are using lr, you may have to clean it off once it settles, jsut use a turkey baster, or something to blow the ust off afterit settles, you may have to do that a couple of times, but you willl be ok
