New tank questions

I have a 80 gal with cc (which is a fine crush). It has been up for 3 days now. I am planning a FOWLR tank. It is filled with tap water right now. I will be using RO/DI in the future to do H2o changes. My question is, when should I add LR in and what should I be looking for as far as the temp and chemistry of the H2o?

u can add the live rock right away as long as there is nothing in the tank and let it go though all the cycles.

You can keep your temp around 76-78. Sg should be around 1.023 for fish and 1.026 if you are going to have any inverts.
