New tank Questions

I just moved recently so I had to get rid of my 90g. Really sad about it but i ran to ***** (i know) and bought a 15g Eclispe tank that was made a package from Instant ocean. It has a rather cheap filter which would be acceptable for a small fish only tank but I want to put some small frags in it. It is currently in the cycle process and has been going for about 3 weeks now. Not in a rush but I want to know if it can accept frags. The lighting is not what I am used to. It has a 50/50 compact and I am not sure if that is strong enough light. It appears really bright with the actinic light really coming through with the blue and I would say the tank is only about a foot and a half deep so the light does penetrate to the sub. I can always put in a powerhead to amp up the circlulation. Any thoughts on the fraq idea would be great cuase i really don't know where to go with it. thanks

50/50 compact is fine for majority of corals, clams are a no go. An anemone that needs really bright lights is a no. Any coral that has info that says "needs strong light" is iffy, but if you place it at the top, it should do fine.
