New tank replacing old tank

I currently have a new 150 gal. RR tank that I recently bought, and put in my livingroom wall. It is cycling. In my loy 125 gal. FOWLR I have 100 lbs. LS, 100lb. LR, 4" koran angel, 8" Australian Harlequin Tuskfish, 4" yellow tang, and 4 blue damsels. I will eventually sell the old 125, but not until my 150 is ready. The question is, will I be able to put the angel and Tuskfish in this new tank, how long should it be set up before I move them in. I plan on moving all the 100 lbs. of LR, and LS in from the old tank when I move them. What is the best way to do this?

Make ABSOLUTELY sure the cycle is complete and then wait a little more before you move the angel the others should be ok only if you are sure the cycle is done. the Angel is the most sensitive of the fish you have so just be careful and take your time. who knows you may decide to keep the 125 and make it a reef. ;)
