will a 24" light strip which fits a 20 gallon fit on a 28 gallon bow front tank? and if so would 130 watts be a descent amount of light?

In other words what are the dimensions of a 28 gallon bow front?

dimensions are 24x15x21 so the light will fit

will this be enough light for a tank that i only want to keep zoos and mushrooms in. Or will i need to upgrade my lights
