New tank with live rock and damsels

Hello all.
I wanted to see what kind of lighting would work best for my tank and its inhabitants.
I have a 90 gallon with about 40lb's of live rock,4 damsels and 1 puffer. The tank is in its cycling stage as it has only been running for 4 days now.
Right now I just have a 48" strip with 2 -32w aquarium bulbs in it.
I wanted to make sure the lighting is just right.
I also have 2 anenomes which were living in 1 of the rocks that look great except one of them is not fully out.
I will only continue to add, inverts, tangs and moderate tepmered fish with live rock.
Thank you for the help!

Were the anenomes on the LR when you bought it? Do they look like this?

SLOW DOWN! take the puffer back if the tank is only 4 days old! Take the anemone back!
dont mean to sound mean but you arent ready and they wont survive in such a young tank.

take the damsles back too and cycle your tank with a tomato clown or a pair of tomato clowns. The damsles will just cause promblems in the near future.

Wow.Great responses. The anenomes were on 1 piece of rock that I bought. We could not get them off but they are looking great and doing fine.
They are even eating.
The damsels are looking great and eating as well.My concern is the puffer but I think I am going to bring him back.
Any opinion on the liquid that speeds up the cycling process?
Thanks for all feedback!

I wouldn't try the speeding up liquid. Let the tank sit and cycle. Leave it alone for at least 2 weeks and monitor the water para closely. Do some testing every couple days if not everyday. Good luck taking out the damsels. They would become a pain in the a$$. I would also suggest you take the anemones back as well. You wanna have something that would thrive in 4 months, 4 years, not 4 days. With your lighting, there's no way you could possibly keep an anemone survive. Sorry if that sounded any harsh. HTH

Didd everyone miss the pic those dont look like anenomes but apstasia....... I would take all the fish back and get rid of the apstasia. its crule to cycle with live fish. All you need is something to spike your ammonia..

DON'T CYCLE your tank with live fish. Use a raw cocktail shrimp instead.

get some pepperment shrimp to eat those anemones, they are not good becuase they can sting reef mates, also they grow worse than weeds in a garden
