Hello
I am new to keeping a tank and i havent even baught anything yet. I wanted to gain as much information as i can before i go out and spend any money. I want to keep mainly all fish, I dont want a reef tank. What size of tank would be suggested for a beginner like myself. Also i have been looking at some fish on here an I have become rather fond to the lionfish. I dono why they just are freekin sweet. I also like the puffers. Would these fish be compatible in an aquarium such as a 55 gallon or so or should they be in something bigger. Like i said i have nothing so i am very open with my options. I dont, however, want to have a ton of money put into this right now. What size tank would be needed for these fish. Also what other fish would be compatible with them....I like the "dangerous" or bold type of fish. I held parinas for quite some time but moved and got rid of all my equiptment. If anyone has any answers to my jumble above it would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Josh

Well a 55 is too small. Maybe for a Dwarf Lionfish that would be okay. Puffers can grow big and so can a lionfish. They are usually in a 125+. A foxface tang would be compatible. I have one myself and it often changes colors when the lights first come on.
Well Goodluck !
